This remodel of an existing building is perhaps the best example of the design capabilities of RPP’s staff. Roger Peter Porter, the architect, was able to create a unique and historically inspired structure, which itself has become a new asset for the neighborhood.

The owner of Studio 7 acquired the old office building while it was lacking the sophistication and character of a modern, fashion conscious upscale building. To give character and style to it, Architect Roger Peter Porter, AIA, NCARB created a dramatic white stucco facade and symmetric cantilevered soffits supported by the stark white and powerful rhythm of fin walls and contrasting glass surfaces.
